Terms of Service
Effective date: September 17, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Attenzo. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Attenzo is a two-sided attention marketplace. Companies fund campaigns, and users earn money for verified attention and honest feedback. The platform fee is 40% of campaign spend; 60% is distributed to users. Rankings on the public leaderboard reflect a Quality Attention Score, not spend.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and able to form a binding contract. You must provide accurate account information.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. One account per person unless we approve otherwise. Selling or buying accounts is prohibited.
4. Earning money
Earnings accrue to your wallet when tasks are completed and pass moderation. Earnings are not guaranteed — they depend on task availability, campaign budgets, and passing anti-fraud and quality checks. See our Earnings Disclosures.
5. Funding and credits
Companies can fund campaigns by card (via Stripe) or prepaid credits. Funding is applied to campaigns and is non-refundable once spent, subject to our Refund Policy.
6. Payouts
Earnings can be withdrawn to a bank account you own, subject to minimum amounts, identity checks, and hold windows designed to prevent fraud. You are responsible for taxes on your earnings.
7. Rules of conduct
You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines. Fraud, fake attention, multiple accounts, review manipulation, and abusive content are prohibited and may result in clawbacks, withheld payouts, suspension or termination.
8. Moderation and enforcement
We use automated scoring and human review. We may claw back earnings tied to fraudulent activity, issue warnings (three-strike system), suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.
9. Intellectual property
Your reviews and feedback remain yours, but you grant us a license to display them on the Platform and leaderboards.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you funded or earned through the Platform in the twelve months before the claim, or the minimum amount allowed by law.
11. Termination
You may delete your account in Settings (7-day grace period). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced before they take effect. Continued use means acceptance.
